After inspecting the house, with the help from my mum and dad and sister. The gate very hard to open, all windows ok, the service box my key can't lock. And our letter box is too dull, the have thing dated from 2002. Oh my.... So I had to clear it after we left the house. On the way back, Daddy and Mummy is discussing on how to make our room to look bigger, use what flooring will be better and cheaper. I really appreciate them for helping me in all these.
I have tonnes of experiences for just a short stay in Egypt. Some are frustrating and some are funny....
Today, I want to tell my wife about the Wait-Long-Long Bug Story. Yeah, you can find them almost everywhere! Breed in Egypt.
I give you one example here, why you will hate the wait long long bug here so much but you can't do anything to avoid the bug:
You wait long long when you want to install a new air-conditional unit (because the old one have no heater). They will take out the old unit, leave the old casing there. Then try to put the new unit into the old casing and found out that the old casing is too small. Then they take out the old casing and change to new casing. Then they found out that the original wall opening is too small, the new casing can't fit in! Then they remove the casing, unscrew everything again, and hack the wall to give bigger space. Then they do not have proper tool, so they use plier to slowly plier open the wooden wall, bit by bit. Then finally the wall opening is big enough, they realise that they need one more wooden plank to support the AC unit because of the bigger opening...so they go find wood. When they finally got the wood, nail it in, slide in the new casing, slide in the unit itself, connect the power cable, switch on the air con.....NO HOT AIR COMING OUT! THE UNIT NEED TO CHANGE, BRAND NEW AND SPOILT! Oh well....next what they do? You read the whole thing in reverse order.....they fix back the old air con and went home.
What an adventure right? The funny thing is: You know how many of them came for the installation fo a small window unit? 4 Egyptian! and the AIR CON IS NOT WORKING! Blooody kuku. Here's the roles and responsibilities:
>One of them is a supervisor....stand there and monitor the progress...and smoke
>The second one help to pass the plier around...then standby...maybe pass screw driver next round
>The third one just help to carry the new air con unit up and old unit down. Actually I think we work the hardest.....he carry the whole damn thin by himself..on top of his head...
>The fourth one? Yeah, you are right...he do the take out, put it, take out again, cannot put in...open wall...wall too big things!
**Dar, I love your previous few posting, neat!....I will post more when I have laptop and I will upload photo!
**Uh, I forgot to tell you, they help to install clothes hanger also: Upside down! ***Faint***

As usual, we will meet at Breeks in Takashimaya, today we are meeting for Hank's birthday. We had Kelvin, Elaine, Aerwin and Hank!!! Well Elaine never fail to be the daring and fashionable in her very special sense of taste. But that what I like about her, daring and bold, dare to express and be herself.
I know My hubby love me very much, every year valentine he had never fail to surprise me. This year we had to fight during that day. Due to stress over many little things, I know I can't handle too many at a time, so I tends to be easily angry and this had affected on my hubby.
But Good thing we had sort everything out, and learned from this event. Well my Bb did bought me something, but the stupid Bloomdale never send the gift and didn't even give my Bb a call to inform him. Made him so upset, as all his plan is ruined by them.
So today I called the Shop and scolded them, and the most absurd thing is the product Bb want to give is out of stock. Funny right if it is out of stock, the company should take the item down or inform the customer about it. Well they never, until I called them, then the retrieve my Bb's email and details, then they inform me that they dun have the stock. What a stupid company, the worst is when I want to log a complaint, they only have one person to take the complaint, and she only comes in the afternoon 3pm, and she is a sales manager, I can't even have a hp no to contact her and complaint. What a lousy service and in fact she never call me back personally to apologize, she asked those small fry to call. This is the first time and last time I will use them.
Nevertheless, I love my present that my hubby sent to me.
