Oh no, we are suppose to wake up around 8am. But all of us over slept till 10am. So mummy quickly wake us up. So within 1hr all of us is prepared and ready to go. We check out the room and leave our bags with the hotel.
1st stop, we need to fill our stomach with breakfast. We have a very simple breakfast of Chinese dumpling. Then I quickly to get books for Elaine and Ah sing. Once this is done. We are off to 五分鋪. Along the way I noticed something my bb used to make.
BB this photo is not clear, but they used the same method, stick the dough on the wall of urn to bake.
No wonder it is also call: 福州

This is very popular is Taiwan. I need to queue to get only 2.

My first bite - very crispy and smell very good, with pepper smell, pork smell.
Now take a look at the inside of it, the filling is so big and taste very nice, in fact alot of taipei people buy 2 and have it for their lunch. 1 for me is more than enough. No wonder mummy said Taiwan's taste better, I have to agree, this doesn't make me feel yucky. Why I feel yucky is because, Malaysia's have lard in it and it is not very healthy. But Taiwan is very it uses meat with a bit of lard, pepper and spring onion, and onion to make it more tasty and most important it have 五香粉。So the taste is better.
